Breaking News on AATIP: Paul Dean Strikes Again!

I just received a message from friend and fellow researcher Paul Dean from Australia. If you don’t know, Paul is one of the world’s best UFO document researchers, as expert in filing FOIA requests as anyone out there. Moreover, he is a virtual encyclopedia when it comes to the arcane world of military acronyms, nomenclature, and especially the labyrinthian maze of the U.S. national security bureaucracy. This is important if you want to file a FOIA request to the right agency, using the right language, and with an expectation that you will get a response.

Paul and I communicate fairly regularly. Today he told me that the famous UFO program of the Pentagon, recently written about in the New York Times and elsewhere, actually has gone under a different name. Publically, we have been told that the name of the program was the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). In reality, Paul has learned from an impeccable source that the original contractual name for it was the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program (AAWSAP).

This is very important. Reason: you may have heard that all FOIA requests relating to AATIP have come up empty. The total number of requests by now might well be in the hundreds, but it’s certainly quite a lot. People have been wondering, why can’t this program be found via FOIA requests when the ultra-establishment New York Times itself outed it? The word is that there definitely was such a program — actually multiple programs. So why was AATIP invisible?

This may well be the answer. It’s under a different name.

Getting FOIA documentation on AAWSAP is critical to learning more about the details of the program, since no one seems to be talking. Not Elizondo, not Tom DeLonge, not Robert Bigelow, not Harry Reid, not anyone. There are many unanswered questions about this program and it’s becoming frustrating for UFO researchers to feel like they are flailing in the wind with no new tangible information.

Paul has filed some fresh FOIA requests to agencies that he believes are appropriate and good bets to get some answers. You can find his blog here.

By the way, I chatted with Paul about the significance of the name. “Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program.” This might seem to indicate that the objects caught on video were not actual UFOs, but weapons systems developed by the U.S. military. Paul doesn’t seem to think so, and I myself would have my doubts as well. The few qualified individuals I have spoken to about the released videos (and the longer versions which have not been shown to the public) have deemed the objects to be unexplainable as far as they can see.

So we are still dealing with a great mystery. Not only the objects themselves and who is responsible for them, but penetrating the layers of secrecy and bureaucracy that surround the information we are seeking.

The “Advanced Aerospace
Weapons Systems Application Program”

Last year, in 2017, a hitherto unacknowledged US Department of Defense (DOD) UFO study program, as if we need reminding, was publicly revealed. The name of this effort has been quoted as the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” (AATIP). Sometimes the word “Aviation”, rather than “Aerospace”, has been used in the title, but whatever the exact terminology, the DoD themselves have confirmed, at least, that it did exist. The massive Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was where it was housed, and the accepted timespan of the endeavor was 2007 to 2012. Official UFO analysis work continues today, and was apparently migrated to a new interagency partnership, but that story will have to wait. The AATIP effort was headed by DOD staffer, Luis Elizondo, who specializes in the intelligence, counter–intelligence and security arena. So much has now been authored and debated about this whole affair, that it would be pointless to rehash the same information yet again.

In March, 2018, I was contacted by someone who claimed to be in a senior defense program leadership role. He stated that the UFO program on everyone’s lips was not officially called the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” (AATIP). This was, apparently, a loose, almost ad hoc term for one part of a somewhat larger defense program. The true name of the overall program, or at least the official starting title, was the “Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program” (AAWSAP), or something extremely similar. Of course, even by early 2018, dozens, if not hundreds, of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, including some by myself, have been submitted to the Defense Intelligence Agency, and other organizations, about the quoted AATIP effort. All have met with lethargy and processing wait times measuring in the months or years. Armed with this information, on the 27th of March, 2018, I submitted an FOI request to the DIA which asked for:

“…any electronic or hardcopy records that include: mission statements, program overviews, program aims, fact sheets, program briefs for Commanders or other senior leadership, program histories, and other general information regarding a program (either still running, or, was running in the last 12 years) within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The name of that program is “Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program (AAWSAP) or extremely similar.”

Then if you listen to the last 15 minutes of Phenomenon Radio on KGRA, from Thursday, April 26, 2018, you will hear the same lament about not finding any success with FOIA requests. This does NOT surprise me because I see this whole thing as a disinformation ploy, granted, not a very good one, but non the less, if you were not a researcher, you’d never be able to make any sense of the twists and turns and hoops to jump through to get to the right place and the right information.

I just sorta expect to be lead around by my nose – and also expect there are ways to get around it. Keep on keep’in on,  or as Jimmy church would say “Keep roll’in that rock up hill!”

Plausible Deniability  was my look at the youblube/facegook’s ongoing travesty of censuring the very people who were making it possible for advertisers to get and build revenue from said people. It was also a travesty of broken first amendment rights gotten around by private corporations… there IS a pattern here…

It was also a look at shifting responsibility and information out of the gov’t sector where eventually it could be made public, into the corporate sector where that information can and IS made private by right of ownership. (Can I just jump up and down, yell and scream and be a total, flaming, loud idiot to call notice to this????!!!!)

I heard some people say things like; “Well, that’d be great! Then the gov’t can’t hide it from us any more!”

Let’s think about this for more than a second here. IF the majority of the captured or donated ET tech hadn’t eventually wound up in the private sector for development BEFORE we ever found out about it, we would probably have quite a bit more ‘new toys’ than we do now. The MIC operates with private…

…and grantedly deeply black projects for the gov’t. It’s that word Industrial that means, well, private industry. They OWN (long echo on the word own+ reverb)the patents developed or back engineered from this tech. Most of them are not the altruistic paragons we would like to think they are. Their bottom line is profit/power.

To me that probably means what has gone into the industrial private sector goes to the highest bidder and so on. Only if it could make a ridiculous profit would it have come out to the peanut gallery. And then there is that sticky wicket of collusion between huge corporate interests like the oil industry and big pharma and agribusiness where it is entirely way too profitable to not fix a bad situation, especially if you are a member of a break away civilization and you really don’t want the riff-raff to find it’s way into your rarified air… Just Sayin.

Which leads into the idea of hidden information and hidden occulted societies that have totally different perspectives on said hidden information, which adds up to an agreement to once again keep it all hidden; one side says for our own good and the other for their ownership of power. Sound a bit familiar in the even teensiest bit applied to the ET/consciousness question??? Hum????

It seems there might be a connection between mystery school information (which is basically about how to increase, train and use our innate powers of the mind and spirit in unity) and the hidden ET information both ancient and current. The cross, the dot, it seems to me is about quantum reality and its connection to consciousness. They may be two sides of the same coin. The doorway into traversing dimensions and the universe is the new burgeoning science of physics, the third physics. The physics that understands that all is connected in frequency and vibration in ratios or harmonics – including consciousness. Which is eerily like the ancient systems of analogical magic.

IMO, should we truly discover this, and just how, once you understand it, powerful and easy as it is – that anybody can actually effect anything, well then it would be over for the power mongers – and yeah,

‘When two or more are gathered” is NOT just a spiritual prayer lesson, it is a physics LAW.

There is enough information floating around out there and almost enough in my brain to begin to make some real sense of all of this. Its not too hidden,  too occulted and secret any more and its about time. Rudolph Steiner picked this time period after we missed the last one at the turn of the century for this type of information to come back out into society and make some sense. Maybe it can break through this time and we really can take that evolutionary jump. If enough of us with the right stuff do, those that could use this information in a negative fashion wouldn’t have a chance – thus the flaw in the thinking of the above mentioned secret societies. We just need to meet that tipping point and the whole story will finally make sense and be there for all to see.

Paradigm: Open or Closed?

A paradigm is an intellectual box. A thought structure that says: Here are your boundaries: Do Not Proceed Outside of the Lines.

Mostly a paradigm helps to keep everybody on the same page on issues that need agreement to progress forward in the accomplishment of a mutual goal. But as usual, on this earth, the positive use of this concept for the advancement of society has been turned inside out and the concept of ‘paradigm’ has been used as a tool to cease development instead of enhance development.

PARADIGM: Intellectual perception or view, accepted by an individual or a society as a clear example, model, or pattern of how things work in the world. This term was used first by the US science theorist & historian Thomas Kuhn (1922-96) in his 1962 book ‘The Structure Of Scientific Revolution’ to refer to theoretical frameworks within which all scientific thinking and practices operate. We are taught to realize; This is NOT that, instead of: This is a part of that. Exclusivity vs. inclusivity. Which harkens back to Master and slave, we are better than: therefore we are entitled to and you are not, which is the backbone on which this world runs. Being excluded means we can hate you, fear you and gives us the right to protect ourselves from you because you threaten our survival. This is a closed loop system (never enough system). This is an exclusive system. This is a system built on fear of not surviving.

This is the one paradigm on this planet that needs to be broken and shown for what it is: a cage. A thought cage, a paradigm, a box… The purpose of which is to keep every human being on the planet in survival mode – a them vs. us paradigm. Fear used as a tool.

It is at the root of why there are still wars, killing, brutality, hate crimes. With the advent of the internet and the ability for us to learn about all the others on the planet and discover we are all basically the same and the loss of separativeness came the invention of a new box: the Great Distractions – entertainment, drugs, alcohol, the love of things over people and life. This also enabled the ability of the creation of false fears force fed to the masses, and a very convenient confusion. There has been quite the effort to build a system (paradigm/cage/box) of thought in everything that humans can think about that creates exclusivity. Exclusivity is used to determine in a closed loop system if there will be enough for me (to survive) if I let you in my circle. The one main thought tool used is Survival, well, that is, Fear Of Not Surviving.

It might have been in the early days a tool of the geneticists for keeping the different sub-species apart and not skewing the data, however that is no longer relevant in today’s global world and should be consigned to the garbage heap.

It might have been a left over memory from the post deluvian world, and that might have been a civilization built upon the survival of refugees from another broken and shattered world that came here to survive. It seems that no matter how far you go back, the peoples of this world at this time have borne a legacy of intense struggle for the continuance of life.

Whatever the origin, we need to get over ourselves. We need to quit crying every time we think our toys are being stolen and instead begin to share with others.

We NEED to open the loop.

The fear and dominance game being played out on/in the world is solely for the those who are still afraid to share, who want all the toys whether they can use them or not, who covet anything they don’t have and are terrified of becoming one with those they feel are far less than they are. Who are terrified to come home and have milk-n-cookies and a much needed nap. Who are so terrified of growing up and into something better that they would rather die and see to it that they take all the goodies with them. These people are criminally insane, criminal because they will do anything it takes to get their way. Insane because they have no ability to view their actions in a wider reality except that which feeds their obsessions. Their game gets bigger and more desperate as they realize it is no longer working.

All of the things that we crave – free energy, new healing technologies, good food for everybody, clean water, an unpolluted earth, all come out of an open loop system – require cross disciplinary thinking, inclusiveness. The quantum technology that could give us over unity drive is based on open loop system physics. The financial basis to allow for the abundance and development of that abundance to all on the planet needs to come from an open loop system of finance that creates more from the energies of the people who feed the system, instead of mortgaging a finite amount into nothingness. The healing technologies that can cure cancer and increase lifespans all depend on the ‘new’ physics, on resonance and the understanding that nothing is separate or could be separate…

We ARE awakening, and as we do each one of us will shatter the paradigm cage, as it is intrinsic to growing up. We can’t help it. Once you see the bars of the cage you are already watching them dissolve.
